RaffleKing.org is a subsidiary controlled and operated by The Helpful Hands Foundation a 501 (c) (3) non profit charity organization.

RaffleKing.org has been created to by The Helpful Hands Foundation as an online medium to streamline our fund raising efforts through a single point of origin where all information on our raffle programs, raffle rules, raffle laws and foundation raffle fund raising goals are visible to all of our contributing donors.

The Helpful Hands Foundation finances a number of social and economical programs and all donated funds raised through RaffleKing.org are applied to support The Helpful Hands Foundation charitable programs.
